How can I register for the tournament?

You can register online through our official web platform, or you may get in touch directly with our designated person in charge.

How many events or categories can a player join?

A player is allowed to register for a maximum of two (2) categories, as detailed in the tournament prospectus on pages 4 to 14.

Is there a test court available for practice?

Yes, test courts will be available on July 30th, 2026, from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM.

Is a visa needed for entering Sarawak?

International Travellers: Whether you need a visa depends on your nationality. You can check your specific country's requirements and apply for an eVisa through the Official Malaysia Immigration Portal.

West Malaysians & Sabahans: You do not need a visa for tourist visits under 90 days, but you must bring your MyKad to pass through state immigration.

Where is the official tournament accommodation located?

The official tournament accommodations are the Imperial Palace and Kanjia Apartment.

Is there a shuttle bus service provided?

Yes, a shuttle bus is provided. It runs a route connecting the Imperial Palace, Kanjia Apartment, and the Kan Sheng Sport venue, operating two (2) round trips each day.

What brand and model of shuttlecock will be used?

The official tournament shuttlecock is the RSL Classic.
